• Upon successful booking, users will receive an appointment confirmation via email, SMS, or in-app notification.
• Users will be reminded of their upcoming appointment via automated reminders.
• In case of any scheduling changes by the doctor, users will be notified immediately.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellations 

• Users can reschedule or cancel appointments through the MDhealth platform based on the doctor’s availability and cancellation policy.
• Cancellation fees may apply depending on the doctor's policy and timing of the cancellation.
• If a doctor is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, users will be given the option to reschedule or receive a refund.

• Doctors must provide professional and ethical care to all patients.
• Doctors can update their schedules, and users will be notified of any changes.

• Users should arrive on time for scheduled appointments.
• Users must adhere to MDhealth’s platform policies and respect healthcare providers.

9. Refund Policy  

• Refunds for canceled appointments will be processed based on the doctor’s cancellation policy and MDhealth’s refund terms.
• Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
