MDhealth Refund Policy


1. Introduction

MDhealth is committed to providing high-quality healthcare, home services, food delivery, and online shopping experiences. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which users may be eligible for a refund for services and products purchased on the MDhealth platform. Refund requests will be evaluated based on the specific service or product category and the conditions outlined below.

2. Medical Packages

  2.1 Refund Eligibility
   Refunds for medical packages will be considered under the following circumstances:
  • Cancellation by the healthcare provider: If the hospital or clinic cancels the treatment due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Unsatisfactory service: If the service received differs significantly from what was promised.
  • Medical unfitness: If a patient is deemed unfit for the treatment after a medical examination.
  • Duplicate payment: If a user has been charged twice for the same package.
  2.2 Non-Refundable Cases
  Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
  • If a patient cancels the package voluntarily after confirmation.
  • If treatment has already commenced or services have been availed.
  • If the package includes non-refundable services (e.g., diagnostic tests, administrative fees).
  2.3 Refund Process
  Users must submit refund requests within 7 days of the issue and provide supporting documents (medical reports, payment proof, etc.). Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval.

3. Doctor Appointments

 3.1 Refund Eligibility
   Refunds will be granted if:
  • The doctor cancels the appointment.
  • The appointment is rescheduled by the provider and the new timing is not suitable.
  • The user is charged but does not receive consultation due to a technical issue on MDhealth's platform.
 3.2 Non-Refundable Cases
   Refunds will not be granted if:
  • The user cancels the appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • The consultation has already taken place.
 3.3 Refund Process
   Requests must be submitted within 48 hours after the scheduled appointment time. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after verification.

4. Home Services

If the provider fails to show up for the scheduled service or the service quality is significantly below standard.

5. Food Delivery

If the order is not delivered, or the delivered food is incorrect, spoiled, or damaged.

6. Online Shopping

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, or if the product is not delivered within the expected timeframe. 

7. General Terms

MDhealth reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on internal investigation. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used.
