JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ENT Specialist (Otolaryngologist) to join our esteemed medical team in Turkey. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, managing, and treating disorders related to the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck. This position demands a professional with advanced clinical knowledge, excellent surgical skills, and a strong commitment to providing patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnosis and Treatment:

Evaluate and treat patients with ear, nose, throat, head, and neck disorders.

Interpret diagnostic tests, including audiograms, imaging, and laboratory results.

Surgical Expertise:

Perform advanced ENT surgeries, including but not limited to tonsillectomy, septoplasty, sinus surgeries, and cochlear implantation.

Manage pre-operative and post-operative care for surgical patients.

Patient Care:

Provide comprehensive consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.

Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.

Collaboration and Leadership:

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including audiologists, speech therapists, and general practitioners.

Mentor and guide junior doctors, nurses, and medical staff.

Emergency Response:

Respond promptly to ENT-related emergencies, such as airway obstructions or trauma.

Research and Development:

Stay updated on the latest advancements in ENT medicine.

Participate in clinical research and contribute to medical publications, if applicable.
