Welcome to MDhealth! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, including our medical tourism services, doctor appointments, food delivery, online marketplace, and home services. By using MDhealth, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Definitions:

§  "Platform" refers to MDhealth’s website, mobile app, and associated services. 

§  "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing our platform. 

§  "Service Providers" include healthcare providers, vendors, and home service professionals offering their services on MDhealth. 

§  "We," "Us," and "Our" refer to MDhealth.


2. General Use of the Platform:

§  Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. 

§  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 

§  Misuse of the platform, including fraudulent activities, is strictly prohibited. 

§  All content on the platform is the intellectual property of MDhealth and may not be used without permission.

3. Medical Tourism Services:

a. Service Description

§  MDhealth connects users with verified healthcare providers for medical tourism packages, including treatment plans, accommodation, and other arrangements. 

§  We act as a facilitator and are not directly responsible for medical outcomes or associated risks.

b. User Responsibilities

§  Provide accurate medical history and information. 

§  Ensure compliance with travel regulations and documentation. 

§  Acknowledge that results of treatments may vary based on individual circumstances.

c. Refunds and Cancellations

§  Refund eligibility is subject to package terms and provider policies. 

§  Cancellation requests must be made in writing and are subject to processing fees.

4. Doctor Appointments:

a. Booking and Consultations

§  Users can book appointments with licensed doctors or health practitioners for in-person or online consultations but mainly online consultations.

§  Online consultations are informational and not a substitute for in-person medical assessments.

b. Rescheduling and Cancellations

§  Appointments may be rescheduled based on provider availability or emergencies. 

§  Late cancellations or no-shows may result in penalties as outlined in our policies.

c. Liability

§  MDhealth is not liable for medical advice or treatment provided by healthcare professionals.

5. Food Delivery:

a. Service Description

§  MDhealth partners with food vendors to deliver meals to your location. 

§  Orders are subject to availability and local regulations.

b. Order and Delivery Policies

§  Users must provide accurate delivery addresses. 

§  Refunds are available for incorrect or undelivered orders, subject to investigation.

c. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

§  Users are responsible for notifying vendors of any allergies or restrictions. 

§  MDhealth is not responsible for adverse reactions.

6. Online Marketplace:

 a. Product Listings

§  Vendors list healthcare-related products for sale on the platform. 

§  Product descriptions are provided by vendors, and MDhealth is not liable for inaccuracies.

b. Purchases and Returns

§  Payments are processed through secure channels. 

§  Returns and refunds are subject to the vendor’s policies and applicable laws.

c. Vendor Verification

§   Vendors are verified by MDhealth, but users are encouraged to review products and ratings.

7. Home Services:

a. Scope of Services

§   Includes nursing care, physiotherapy, and other in-home treatments. 

§   Services are provided by licensed professionals or verified providers.

b. Booking and Scheduling

§   Bookings must be confirmed at least 6 hours in advance. 

§   Cancellations or changes must adhere to our policy.

c. Liability

§   MDhealth is not liable for damages or negligence by third-party service providers.

8. Fees and Payments:

§   Users agree to pay applicable fees for services. 

§   Payments are processed securely, and additional charges (e.g., taxes, transaction fees) may apply. 

§   Non-payment or chargebacks may result in account suspension.

9. User Conduct:

§   Users must use the platform ethically and respectfully. 

§   Posting inappropriate content, spamming, or harassment is prohibited. 

§   Violations may result in account termination.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability:

§   MDhealth provides services “as-is” and disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

§   We are not liable for: 

     - Medical outcomes, errors, or negligence by healthcare providers. 

     - Losses due to third-party vendor issues. 

     - Interruptions or errors in the platform. 

11. Dispute Resolution:

§   Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in UK law

§   Users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

12. Modifications to Terms:

§   MDhealth reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. 

§   Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

13. Governing Law:

§   These Terms are governed by the laws of UK.
