1. Introduction
MDhealth welcomes food vendors to provide high-quality and nutritious food services through our platform. This policy outlines the requirements, standards, and expectations for all food vendors to ensure a safe, reliable, and transparent experience for both vendors and customers.
2. Vendor Eligibility and Registration
2.1. Vendors must be legally registered businesses with the necessary permits and licenses to operate in their respective jurisdictions.
2.2. All vendors must complete the registration process, including business verification and document submission, before listing products on the MDhealth platform.
2.3. Vendors must comply with local food safety regulations and health standards to be eligible for selling food on MDhealth.
3. Quality Standards and Food Safety
3.1. All food products must be fresh, high-quality, and safe for consumption. Expired, contaminated, or low-quality food is strictly prohibited.
3.2. Vendors must adhere to proper hygiene practices in food preparation, packaging, and delivery.
3.3. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that their staff follows all food safety regulations, including proper storage, handling, and transportation of food items.
3.4. Any violations of health and safety regulations may result in suspension or termination of the vendor’s account.
4. Accuracy of Menu and Pricing
4.1. The food items listed on MDhealth must match what is actually offered. Vendors must not misrepresent menu items, ingredients, or portion sizes.
4.2. Prices listed on the platform must be accurate, transparent, and free from hidden charges.
4.3. Vendors must regularly update their menus to reflect current availability and pricing.
5. Authenticity of Content and Images
5.1. All images, descriptions, and promotional content uploaded by vendors must be genuine and accurately represent the actual food being sold.
5.2. Stock photos, misleading images, or images copied from other sources are strictly prohibited.
5.3. Any fraudulent or deceptive content will result in immediate removal and possible termination of vendor services.
6. Order Fulfillment and Delivery
6.1. Vendors must ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders to maintain customer satisfaction.
6.2. Orders must be delivered in secure, tamper-proof packaging to ensure food safety.
6.3. If a vendor is unable to fulfill an order, they must notify the customer immediately and provide an alternative or refund.
6.4. Repeated failure to fulfill orders or poor delivery performance may result in penalties, including temporary suspension or permanent removal from the MDhealth platform.
7. Customer Service and Dispute Resolution
7.1. Vendors must provide professional and courteous customer service at all times.
7.2. Any disputes, complaints, or refund requests must be addressed promptly and fairly.
7.3. MDhealth reserves the right to mediate disputes between customers and vendors and enforce necessary actions to maintain service standards.
8. Prohibited Items and Practices
8.1. Vendors must not list or sell prohibited food items, including but not limited to:
(i)Expired or spoiled food
(ii)Alcoholic beverages (unless permitted by law)
(iii)Illicit or unapproved substances
(iv)Unauthorized health claims on food products
8.2. False advertising, fraudulent practices, or unethical business conduct will result in immediate removal from the platform.
9. Compliance and Enforcement
9.1. MDhealth reserves the right to inspect vendor operations and ensure compliance with this policy.
9.2. Non-compliance with any aspect of this policy may lead to warnings, fines, account suspension, or permanent removal from the MDhealth platform.
9.3. MDhealth may update this policy periodically, and vendors will be required to adhere to the latest version.
10. Agreement and Acceptance
By registering as a food vendor on MDhealth, you agree to comply with this policy in its entirety. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in termination of services without prior notice.
