• Any vendor found using copyrighted material without permission will face account suspension or termination.

• Vendors must ensure timely order processing and shipment as per the delivery timelines agreed upon.
• Customers must receive tracking details and updates on their orders.
• Vendors are responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in compliance with MDhealth’s return and refund policy.
• Any disputes between vendors and customers must be resolved professionally. MDhealth reserves the right to mediate if necessary.
